Ms. Denise Hong

 

brings over 13 years of professional experience in dance education and performance from her time at Shenzhen Arts School, with a primary focus on Chinese Folk Dance and Traditional Chinese Dance. Throughout her career, she has also developed extensive experience as a dance choreographer.

 

While at Shenzhen Arts School, Ms. Hong represented the school at various performances, events, and competitions throughout mainland China, Hong Kong, Australia, England, and the United States.

 

From 2005 to 2015, Ms. Hong partnered with the Chinese Folk Dance Grade Center in Shenzhen, serving as both a Senior Instructor and Chief Examiner. In August 2016, she embraced a new chapter in her career by moving to the United States and joining a dance academy in Houston, Texas.

 

After a year in Houston, Ms. Hong relocated to California, where she continued pursuing her passion for dance education and began a new chapter with the establishment of HD Dance Academy.

 

Today, Ms. Hong is dedicated to providing quality dance training while creating a positive, supportive, and inspiring environment where students can develop their technique, confidence, and love of dance.
