Tuition Policy

Tuition & Payment

Regular class tuition

billed monthly based on the actual number of scheduled class sessions within each calendar month. Therefore, monthly tuition may vary from month to month depending on the number of scheduled class sessions.

Season tuition payment is available upon request.  10% off tuition when paid in full.

 

Unlimited Membership

Unlimited Membership is billed at a fixed monthly rate and does not change based on the number of scheduled class sessions in a month.

Ages 6 & Under: $360/month
Ages 7 & Up: $390/month

 

*Unlimited Membership allows eligible students to attend unlimited regular classes within their age division, subject to class availability and enrollment capacity. Competition Team Rehearsals, Small Group classes, Private Lessons, Solo/Duet/Trio classes, Master Classes, and Special Workshops are not included.*

Season tuition payment is available upon request.  $30 HD store credit 

Store credit could be used toward things like:

• HD Dance Leotards

• T-shirts

• Dance Shoes

• Tights or other available merchandise

Please contact HD Dance Academy to enroll in the Unlimited Membership. The membership rate must be manually adjusted to your account.

The first tuition payment will be charged on the student’s class start date. After the initial payment, tuition is billed monthly and is due on the 1st of each month.

 

A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts with an unpaid balance after the 5th of the month.

 

A $25.00 returned payment fee will be charged for any payment that is returned or declined.

 

Sibling Discount

Families with two or more eligible siblings enrolled at HD Dance Academy receive a 10% sibling discount on the tuition of each additional sibling.

The first enrolled student is charged the regular tuition rate. The sibling discount applies to tuition only and does not apply to private lessons, small groups, competition fees, costumes, workshops, master classes, merchandise, registration fees, or other additional fees.
 

Payment Methods & Credit Card Surcharge

For your convenience, HD Dance accepts payments by debit/credit card, Zelle, cash, and check.

A 3% surcharge will be applied to payments made by debit or credit card to help cover the increased cost of card acceptance. The surcharge will appear separately on your receipt.

Payments made by Zelle, cash, or check will not be subject to the 3% surcharge.

Class Capacity

Each class has a maximum enrollment capacity. Once a class is full, registration will close. Additional students may only enroll if a spot becomes available.

 

Age Requirements

Students must register for classes within their designated age group. Enrollment outside of the student’s age range requires prior studio approval.

 

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

Consistent attendance is vital for progress and choreography retention. If a student must miss a class, please notify the studio in advance to schedule a make-up session in another eligible class of the same level, subject to availability.

 

Make-up classes must be completed within the applicable season and may not be carried over to a future season.

 

No Refunds, Credits, or Transfers

 

All tuition and fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be applied as credit toward future classes, sessions, or another student.

 

Mid-month withdrawals will not be prorated.

 

Unlimited Membership

 

Unlimited Membership applies only to eligible regular classes within the student’s designated age division.

The following are not included:

• Competition team rehearsals

• Small group classes

• Private lessons

• Solo, duet, or trio coaching

• Master classes

• Special workshops

 

Registration Fee

A one-time registration fee may apply to new students and is non-refundable.

Returned Payments

Withdrawal Policy

To stop recreational classes and billing, written notice must be received via email at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

 

Tuition is non-refundable, and mid-month withdrawals will not be prorated.

 

Withdrawal is not permitted for competitive students.

 

Class Changes

Class schedules, instructors, and class offerings are subject to change. HD Dance reserves the right to cancel or modify a class when necessary.

 

Enrollment

 

Enrollment is not guaranteed until registration and any required payments have been completed.
